February 2019, this project, relocating a 2-manual organ from Derby, UK to Straffan, Co. Kildare, Ireland has yet to be completed. Think I’ll make Holy Week the target. That said, it has been happily playing for months now, trouble-free. It really only requires one more stop to the Great organ to complete. The original organ had a useless string which was too thin and scrawny to be musical. I now need to decide what’s the most useful rank to put in its place.
