Killucan, Co. Westmeath. An enquiry regarding dismantling the Conacher church organ and re-erecting some time later (to make way for replacing the floor)......a chance comment from me ended up something more exciting altogether; a move to the gallery position. When I initially suggested this, little did I realise that the gallery was in fact the original location for the organ. It ended up very rather satisfactory with everyone happy :-) Here it is in the original chancel position.

The organ returns and makes its way upstairs bit by bit. Here you see the bellows being hoisted up. For medium-weight lifts we generally use boating equipment which we can gear to whatever ratio works best.
